Central Elgin is hosting a Public Information Centre next Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at the Masonic Centre of Elgin.
This session is part of the Class EA Study for sanitary servicing in the East Side Development Area, which aims to identify alternatives including locations for a new Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to support growth within the ESDA. The study will also consider the potential for a WWTP to service other nearby areas such as the former Village of Belmont.
This in-person event will consist of a drop-in format. Project team members will be present to assist with any comments or questions that residents or other stakeholders may have.
