Transition to Recycling Program - First Week

Central Elgin residents!

We’ve officially completed our first week of our transition to Circular Materials for our Recycling Program! 

With this transition, we've received some phone calls, and want to take a moment to gently remind our residents that this is a new program, and the recycling collection partner, Miller Waste (on behalf of Circular Materials), is new to our routes. We kindly ask for your patience as they learn the ropes.
