Back to SearchTAKE NOTICE that an appeal was filed by Erika Cheeseman regarding a Potentially Dangerous Dog Designation by the Municipal Law Enforcement Officer of Moose, a Dane-Mastiff, pursuant to Municipality of Central Elgin By-law No. 0456.
AND THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Central Elgin held a hybrid hearing on Monday, January 9, 2023 to consider such appeal respecting the designation of such dog as potentially dangerous.
AND THAT on Monday, January 9, 2023, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Central Elgin confirmed the Potentially Dangerous Dog Designation of Moose, a Dane-Mastiff, pursuant to Municipality of Central Elgin By-law No. 0456. The Potentially Dangerous Dog Designation of December 13, 2022, and all conditions within the same is in full force and effect.
