The Municipality of Central Elgin (Central Elgin) is undertaking a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) Study for sanitary (wastewater) servicing in the East Side Development Area (ESDA). The ESDA consists of employment area land located within Central Elgin to the east of the City of St. Thomas.
