The Draft CSMP is now available for public review and we are inviting residents to take part in a second round of public feedback.

This is an opportunity to review the draft plan and tell us what you like most, and what you would like to see added or changed. The public comment period is open until October 20, 2026. All feedback received will be considered as the plan is finalized before it is presented to Municipal Council.

Central Elgin Beach Rescue Team Off Duty for the 2026 Season

The Central Elgin Beach Rescue Team is officially off duty for the 2026 summer season. 

If you’re planning to visit Port Stanley Main Beach, please be aware that lifeguards are no longer on patrol.

Visitors are reminded to use caution around the water and to take appropriate steps to stay safe while enjoying the beach.
