Public Notices

This section will contain notices in accordance with By-law 972 (By-law outlines the form and manner for the provision of Public Notice under the Municipal Act 2001), the Planning Act, the Ontario Heritage Act and other statutes. This section will also contain additional notices that are of interest to the citizens of Central Elgin.

Notice of Study Completion

The Municipality of Central Elgin has completed a study to develop a comprehensive trails strategy.  A Master Plan Report documenting the planning and decision making process has been prepared and is available for review for 30 calendar days beginning June 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2017.  For full details, please see our Development Charges page.

Notice of Public Meeting

The Development Charges meeting that was scheduled for Monday June 26th will now be held on Monday July 24th.  A new public notice will be published once a time is set.
